AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Quantm Technologies Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Canada at 100 King St West, Suite #5700, Toronto, Ontario, M5X 1A9. We operate the website https://www.quantmtech.com (the "Site") and related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for purchases. Prices are in CAD and may change at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders at our discretion.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@quantmtech.com. All purchases are non-refundable.

We may change subscription fees and will notify you of any price changes.

6. SOFTWARE

We may provide software for use with the Services. If the software includes an end-user license agreement (EULA), the EULA terms will govern your use of the software. Otherwise, you are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the software solely in connection with the Services.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not:

  • Use the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others.
  • Violate laws or regulations.
  • Interfere with the Services' security features.
  • Engage in unauthorized framing or linking to the Services.
  • Use automated systems to access the Services.

8. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

The Services may allow you to submit content. By submitting content, you represent that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to the content.
  • The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
  • The content is not false, misleading, or harmful.
  • We are not liable for any content you submit.

9. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Services without prior notice.

17. DISCLAIMER

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

18. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

19. INDEMNIFICATION
